POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for building and maintaining client-side and server-side architecture applications with the use of C#; as well as designing, developing, testing, and adding new functionality and maintaining existing applications on ASP.NET Platform and SQL server. QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

  • Three (3) years of experience with front-end languages (HTML5, CSS, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX).
  • Three (3) years of experience with back-end languages on ASP.NET (C#. MVC, .NET Core, SSRS, and SQL Server including 2016 or later).
  • Three (3) years of experience developing Restful Web API.
  • Experience with Front-end Bootstraps and with responsive web applications.
  • Experience with Entity Framework, Micro ORMS (Dapper).
  • Experience with RadControls for ASP.NET and MVC Kendo UI (Telerik)
  • Experience with Agile software development and Unit Testing.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), software modularity and S.O.L.I.D. principles
  • Ability to write and debug complex store procedures.
  • Ability to communicate (speak, read and write) in English at an advanced level.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technological issues in business terms.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment within established systems and procedures.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to cope with deadline pressure.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, holidays and/or weekends, as needed.

 

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience with full-stack ASP.NET programming working for a company in USA.
  • Experience with K2 Five / development platform.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary

  • Design, build and maintain client-side and server-side architecture using efficient, reusable and reliable code.
  • Ensure the best possible performance and quality of applications by software testing.
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs and propose solutions these issues.
  • Develop and implement SharePoint solutions in Office 365 and Power Platform.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization and automation.
  • Write effective APIs.
  • Develop and maintain a product backlog and features list.
  • Design, develop and maintain Microsoft SQL databases, schemas.
  • Write and optimize queries, views, functions, triggers and store procedures on SQL Server
  • Work with other developers, architects, and users to prioritize needs, choose solutions and solve new and existing technical issues.
  • Creates technical documentation such as design and specification documents and user manuals.
  • Creates document libraries, customs, workflows, and development with web services.
  • Ensures compliance with process and standards.
  • Provide work estimates and manage time to keep projects on schedule.

Secondary

  • Assists Supervisors and Application Architect on other assignments as the need arises.
  • Assists creating support Tickets and troubleshooting end user problems.
  • Works on other special projects as assigned by Management.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED:

Reports directly to Manager of Information Systems; does not exercise supervision over any other position. 

 

CONDITIONS:

  • Indoors office, controlled temperature environment. 
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate due to telephones and employees that approach the department.
